TC4 钛合金环槽铆钉铆接性能试验

摘 要:为了验证环槽铆钉对于基体的安装工艺性,分别对TC4钛合金环槽铆钉进行了最大、最
小夹层条件下的拉脱力及预紧力对比试验。结果表明:在最大、最小夹层状态下,环槽铆钉拉脱力
规律一致,环槽铆钉在最小夹层状态下的拉脱力比最大夹层状态下的拉脱力大,直径为4 mm的铆钉
拉脱力增大得比较明显,达到40%以上; 在最大、最小夹层状态下,环槽铆钉的预紧力存在明显差异,
即最小夹层状态下直径为4 mm铆钉的预紧力较最大夹层状态下同样规格铆钉的预紧力增大5%以
上,最小夹层状态下直径为5 mm铆钉的预紧力较最大夹层状态下同样规格铆钉的预紧力反而减小
15%以上。

Abstract: In order to verify the installation process of the ring groove rivet for the substrate, the pull-off
force and pretightening force of the TC4 titanium alloy ring groove rivet under the maximum and minimum interlayer
conditions were compared. The results show that under the maximum and minimum interlayer conditions, the pull-
off force law of the ring-groove rivet was consistent. The pull-off force of the ring-groove rivet under the minimum
interlayer condition was larger than that under the maximum interlayer condition. The pull-off force of the rivet with a
diameter of 4 mm increased obviously, reaching more than 40%. In the maximum and minimum interlayer state, the
pretightening force of the ring groove rivet was obviously different, the pretightening force of the rivet with a diameter
of 4 mm in the minimum interlayer state was more than 5% higher than that of the rivet with the same specification
in the maximum interlayer state, and the pretightening force of the rivet with a diameter of 5 mm in the minimum
interlayer state was more than 15% lower than that of the rivet with the same specification in the maximum interlayer
state.
