                   进口铁矿石自动化取制样系统的精密度和偏差校核

                      摘  要:进口散装矿产品品质分析包括取样、制样和化验3个主要环节,其中取样环节对最终结
                  果的影响最大,制样和化验环节影响次之。精密度和偏差是取制样系统重要的性能指标,直接决定
                  了系统所取试样的代表性和准确性。按照ISO 3085: 2019标准,对某钢铁企业新建进口铁矿石自动
                  化取制样系统进行精密度校核验证,按照ISO 3086: 2006标准对该系统进行偏差校核验证。经对试
                  验数据分析得出结论:该系统精密度与偏差均符合ISO 3082: 2017标准要求,可用于进口铁矿石日
                  常取制样工作,为企业的系统性能验收提供依据,同时对相关系统或设备的校核、性能评估有较好
                  的示例作用。

                Precision and deviation check of imported iron ore automatic sampling system

                      Abstract: The quality analysis of imported bulk mineral products included three main links: sampling, sample
                  preparation and testing. Among them, the sampling had the greatest influence on the final result, followed by the sample
                  preparation and testing. Precision and deviation were important performance indicators of the sample preparation system,
                  which directly determined the representativeness and accuracy of the samples taken by the system. According to the
                  ISO 3085: 2019 standard, the precision of the new imported iron ore automatic sampling system in an iron and steel
                  enterprise was checked and verified, and the deviation of the system was checked and verified according to the ISO 3086:
                  2006 standard. Through the analysis of the test data, it was concluded that the precision and deviation of the system
                  met the requirements of ISO 3082: 2017 standard, which could be used for the daily sampling and sample preparation of
                  imported iron ore, and provided the basis for the system performance acceptance of the enterprise. At the same time, it
                  had a good example for the check and performance evaluation of related systems or equipment.

                  2023年我国进口铁矿石达11.79亿t,如此巨量                     好,才能取得具有代表性的试样。保证进口铁矿石的
