                  含镍包 WC 铁基合金涂层显微组织和摩擦磨损性能

                      摘  要:为改善15Cr1Mo1V钢表面的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,以铁基合金粉和镍包WC颗粒
                  的混合物为原料,采用激光熔覆技术在15Cr1Mo1V钢表面制备含镍包WC铁基合金的涂层,分析了
                  镍包WC质量分数对铁基合金涂层的显微组织、 物相组成、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表
                  明:镍包WC铁基合金涂层物相为Cr 23 C 6 、Fe 3 W 3 C、Fe 6 W 6 C和WC等;随着镍包WC含量增加,铁基
                  合金涂层的组织细化,Cr 23 C 6 和Fe 6 W 6 C析出量增大,铁基合金涂层的显微硬度、强度、韧性、塑性,
                  以及耐磨性能均提高;当镍包WC质量分数为30%时,铁基合金涂层的组织致密、细化效果最明显,
                  涂层硬度最高达到819 HV0.5,室温和高温抗拉强度分别为531,508 MPa,室温和高温屈服强度分
                  别为383,342 MPa,冲击吸收能量为62.2 J,耐摩擦磨损性能最佳。

                        Microstructure and friction and wear properties of nickel coated
                                              WC iron based alloy coating

                       Abstract: To improve the mechanical, friction and wear properties of 15Cr1Mo1V steel surface, a mixture of
                  iron based alloy powder and nickel coated WC particles was used as raw materials to prepare a nickel coated WC iron
                  based alloy coating on the surface of 15Cr1Mo1V steel using laser cladding technology. The influence of nickel coated
                  WC mass fraction on the microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of the
                  iron based alloy coating was analyzed. The results show that the phases of the nickel coated WC iron based alloy coating
                  were Cr 23 C 6 , Fe 3 W 3 C, Fe 6 W 6 C and WC. With the increased of nickel coated WC content, the microstructure of iron
                  based alloy coating was refined, and the precipitation of Cr 23 C 6  and Fe 6 W 6 C increased. The microhardness, strength,
                  toughness, plasticity and wear resistance of iron based alloy coatings were all improved. When the mass fraction of
                  nickel coated WC was 30%, the microstructure of the iron based alloy coating was dense and the refinement effect was
                  most obvious. The highest hardness of the coating reached 819 HV0.5. The tensile strength at room temperature and
                  high temperature was 531, 508 MPa, and the yield strength at room temperature and high temperature was 383, 342 MPa.
                  The impact absorption energy was 62.2 J, and the friction and wear resistance performance was the best.
