    Pearlite Transformation Kinetics and Simulation of Image

    • According to the theory for phase transformation in solids, pearlite transformation kinetics can be described by two parameters of nucleation rate N· and linear growth G. The data of N· and G was obtained from experiment for eutectoid steel published in literature <参考文献原文> to calculate the pearlite transformation kinetics and simulation of image by computer. Under the condition don’t considering the effect of boundary and the morphology of pearlite is as ball, the pearlite fraction per unit volume X(t)V obtained from calculation was compared with the X(t)画 measured from image of simulation, it was shown that both were well agreement. The morphology, size and distribution obtained from image of simulation were as well as expected also.
