    Determination of Deviation Angles α and β of Easy Magnetization Direction From Rolling Direction in Grain-oriented Silicon Steel

    • The method was proposed to determine the deviation angles α and β of individual crystalline grain in grain-oriented (GO) silicon steel. The method was based on the information of X-ray diffraction from (110) crystalline plane of individual grain,and the relationship between (110) crystalline plane and the 001 crystalline direction in GO silicon steel. The angles α and β of four crystalline grains in a kind of GO silicon steel were measured. A method to get the average values of angles α and β of many grains was suggested.
