DYNAMICAL MEASURING AND ANALYSIS OF THE SINGLEPENDULUM GOUGING WEAR PROCESS

The principle,machinery,testing method of impact abrasive testing system are introduced. Based on the system,the surface quality of magnesium samples are tested. Using the account of parameter and mechanic feature,some relationship curves between specific energy and abrasion volume are obtained. Also,some dynamic analysis are acquired. From the method,more details are provided for investigation of abrasion mechanism.
