    Uncertainty Evaluation for the Measurement Result of Rolling Bearings Needle Roller Diameter

    • On the plate of the vertical optical meter,the gauge block is taken as the standard size for measuring the needle roller diameter. Adjust the device to be zero. Measure the tolerance between the needle roller size and the standard gauge block size and then get the measured needle roller diameter. Analyze the temperature error,deformation error resulted from load,indication error,the ultimate error of standard gauge block,measurement repeatability,position error of the measurement device and so on,which have uncertain effect on the measurement result,and then get the corresponding uncertainty formula.
