First the expansion adhesive which has high viscosity,does not dissolve in water and not react with water,were coated on the metal substrate,and its volume before curing was obtained by means of floating force. Then the expansion adhesive was cured and its volume was obtained by means of weight cup method. Thus,the expansion rate of the adhesive can be measured accurately.
