    Adhesive Test Method for Measuring Interfacial Bonding Strength between Laser Cladding and Matrix

    • There is no relevant standard for testing the bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix.In order to provide a reference for establishing the testing standard for the bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix,the bonding strength of laser cladding layer on 304 stainless steel bar and 20 steel bar after laser cladding of cobalt-based alloy STL powder was tested by using adhesive test method.The results show that the sample preparation and test operation were simple and feasible,and the requirement for test equipment was not high.The relative standard deviation of the measured bonding strength between laser cladding layer and matrix was less than 5%.
