Cracking Analysis and Processing Measures of 330 MW Fluidized Bed Boiler Deflated Pipelines

    • Through on-site investigation and tubing, supports and hangers stress calculation, the multiple cracking and leakage problem of a 330 MW fluidized bed boiler deflated pipeline was analyzed. The results show that the main reason for the pipeline cracking and leakage was that the secondary stress which was caused by pipe clamp constraint was excessive seriously. Processing measures to reducing the pipeline stress were put forward, and long-term operational practice results demonstrated that the measures’s effect was good and it effectively solved the pipeline cracking and leakage problems. It could provide reference for the setting and installation of small-bore pipelines for station’s dewatering, sampling, deflating, etc.
