    FRACTURE FEATURE OF H13 STEEL CORE BAR AFTER OVERHEATED

    • After quenching and tempering, material H13 steel core bar was broken during alignment. There are naphthalene fractures on macroscopical fractures surface. This paper indicates the action of modifying force causes the core bar fractures according to the analysis of reason for H13 steel core bar fractures and the analysis testing the material mechanical character and its structure, also describes the fundamental character of H13 steel forged material, so we can regulate and control the heat treatment of processing H13 steel core bar strictly at the production process, in order to keep from the overheat phenomenon and improve the product quality.
