    SIMULATION ANALYSIS ON INFLUENCE OF FRICTION COFFICIENT IN SHEET METAL STAMPING

    • The typical deformations of deep drawing,bulging and flanging were simulated by the computer simulation software of DYNAFORM. The influence of friction and lubrication between tools and blank sheet was analyzed on the safety margin and thinning ratio of thickness on dangerous regions. The results showed that the effects were obvious on friction coefficients in different deformation,Improving limit forming degree by changing the friction coefficient should combine with deformation mode.
