    Microstructure and Properties of 12MnNiVR Steel Plates for Large-scale Crude Oil Storage Tanks

    • Chemical compositions, microstructure, tensile property, cold bending property, impact property, strain ageing susceptibility, nil-ductility transition temperature and fracture toughness of 12MnNiVR steel plates used for large-scale crude oil storage tanks were systematically investigated. The results show that 12MnNiVR steel plates had fine microstructure and excellent general mechanical properties and could satisfy the technical requirement for project construction of large-scale crude oil storage tanks.
