    Stress Cracking Test Methods of Axis Pin for Thermal Barrier Strip

    • Thermal barrier strip was the key component of the thermal barrier aluminium alloy architecture profiles. The adaptability of thermal barrier strip in the course of process and using could be tested by pin stress cracking test. The cutting fluid-cleaning solution immersion method and the cleaning solution immersion method were selected to test the axis pin stress cracking properties, and the differences between the two methods were compared. The results indicated that no cracking were found in the samples. Though the test conditions in GB /T 23615.1-2009 were stricter, the samples could reach the requirement of the new standard GB 5237.6-2012.
