    Adaptability of Heat Treatment for GH648 Alloy

    • The mechanical properties and microstructure of GH648 alloy under different heat treatment state were studied in order to evaluate the feasibility of heat treatment process of components (assemblies) made of GH648 alloy and ensure the quality of products. The results showed that after aluminized at 950 ℃ and stress released at 850 ℃ for bar, or annealed at 1 050 ℃ or 950 ℃ for sheet, the mechanical properties of GH648 alloy could meet the requirements of specification. Therefore, the process of components (assemblies) was practicable.
