    Determination of Super-low δ-Ferrite Content of 0Cr25Ni22Mn5Mo2 Surfacing Layer

    • Surfacing layer was welded on 16MnR low-alloy steel surface with 0Cr25Ni22Mo2 alloy electrode, and the phase compositions and content were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electronic microscope and electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD). It results show that microstructure of 0Cr25Ni22Mo2 surfacing layer mainly consisted of austenite and very little δ-ferrite. It was conformed that EBSD technique can be used to analyze the tiny phase and obtain it super-low content, which is beneficial for analysis on the welding material.
