    Load Measurement and Calibration of Stress Ring for Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking Test

    • The normal measurement method of loading force in sulfide stress corrosion cracking test was the loading force had been calculated after the measurement for deformation of stress ring. The cause of measurement errors by the method was discussed. The contrast experiment results showed that the new method by direct measuring the loading force with load cell could reduce the measurement errors, and the method was more appropriate for the measuring of the applied load than other methods.
