UNCERTAINTY EVALUATION RESULT OF MEASUREMENT OF ERROR FOR ROCKWELL HARDNESS TESTERS
The analysis and calculation method of combined and expanded uncertainty and practical applications for metal Rockwell hardness measurement were explained. Then the evaluation method of uncertainty was also useful for other measuring cases.
