    Effects of Solution Treatment Process on Mechanical Properties of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti Stainless Steel

    • Effects of solution temperature, holding time and cooling manners on tensile strength Rm, non-proportional extension proof strength Rp0.2 and Rp1.0 and elongation ratio A of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti austenite stainless steel were investigated by solution treating these two kinds of stainless steel with different process. The results show that water cooling manner was propitious to increase the strength of the two kinds of stainless steel comparing to air cooling manner, and cooling manners had little effect on the elongation ratio. With the increase of solution temperature and extending of holding time, strength of the two kinds of stainless steel decreased, and elongation ratio increased.
