    Analysis on Cracking Cause of End Shield of Liquid Trap after Blast Experiment

    • Chemical composition analysis, macroscopic and microscopic examination were carried out to analyse the cracking cause of end shield of liquid trap, and the analysis results were verified. The results showed that the tensile stress at R angle region on end shield which led to copper leakage phenomenon and tin-copper alloy (IMC) producing and aging were the main cracking causes after blast experiment. Some measures of preventing end shield from cracking were presented.
