STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE OF TRACE HALIDE IN In(OH)3 NANO-ACICULAE
Trace halides in In(OH)3 nano-aciculae were studied by HRTEM. It was found that no other kinds of InxCly compounds were detected except In5Cl9,in which (110) (d=0.617 nm) and (113) (d=0.428 nm) crystal faces were easiest to observe.
