Inspecting and Identification Method of Mechanical Products Treated by Adding Remanufacture Process

Remanufacture connecting rod after electric brush plating was used as an example to have a research on inspection of adding remanufactured mechanical products. The coated surface was analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, metallographical observation and hardness test. The results show that these three methods had their respective advantages and disadvantages. They could be chosen according to practical instance and if they were colligated, adding remanufactured mechanical products could be identified more effectively.
