    Uncertainty Evaluation on Tensile Test of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature

    • The uncertainty evaluation process of tensile test results for metallic materials at room temperature was discussed. Some opinions on uncertainty evaluation were put forward, such as the number of samples in the uncertainty evaluation instance of GB/T 228.1-2010, the uncertainty of computer data acquisition system, the uncertainty of original cross-sectional area, the uncertainty introduced by tensile test rate, the uncertainty of prescribed plastic elongation strength, the uncertainty of the percentage elongation after fracture and the percentage reduction of area. Finally, a uncertainty evaluation instance for single tensile sample was given. The method had certain reference value for uncertainty evaluation of tensile test for metallic materials at room temperature.
