    Properties of Welded Joint of 304H Stainless Steel Plate

    • By a series of welding experiments of 304H stainless steel plate, the relationship between optimum process parameters and ferrite content was found. The ferrite number, room temperature tensile properties and high temperature tensile properties at 500, 650, 750 ℃ of 304H steel welded joint were tested and assessed. The results showed that when welding current was 105-110 A, welding voltage was 26-29 V, welding speed was 15-19 cm/min, interpass temperature was controled of ≤150 ℃ in welding process, the performance of 304H steel welded joins could meet the standard requirements, and the ferrite content could be controled in 2-6 FN.
