Reason Analysis on Lower Detection Value of Surface Rockwell Hardness of Home Appliance Plate JD1

The detection values of surface Rockwell hardness of home appliance plate JD1 were lower. The improvement measures were put forward by compare and research, including pressure head replacement, internal parameters optimization for hardness tester and so on. The experiment results verified that the improvement effect was good, the hardness detection results met the requirements of standard and user.
