    Magnetic Particle Inspection Technology for Lamination on Bevel Faces of Welded Pipe

    • The routine magnetic particle inspection technology for lamination on bevel faces of welded pipe has limitations. Through analyzing the characters of lamination and specificity of magnetic particle inspection on the welded pipe bevel face, a yoke method inspection technology was designed which adopted narrow-space combining one-sided oblique piecewise magnetization. The technology provides a new valid method for magnetic particle inspection for lamination on bevel faces of welded pipe.
