    Technology Improvement on Rear Axle Drive Gear of 20CrNi3H Steel for Automobile

    • The quality was analyzed and the technology was improved for rear axle drive bevel gear of 469 car single axle.Through optimal choice for 20CrNi3H steel, adjust the process parameters in all stages of carburizing quenching and tempering treatment, as well as shot blasting after heat treatment, the surface compressive stress of gear products was increased, the fatigue life in bench test was significantly improved to meet the performance requirements of heavy-duty automotive gear.
