ANALYSIS OF CRACK PRODUCED CAUSE OF BERYLLIUM-BRONZE BAR
The crack in beryllium-bronze bar was found by re-testing for consignment. It was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographical examination and SEM analysis. The results showed that the reasons of crack was of grain growth caused by improper heat treatment.
