    Comparative Analysis on Properties of Rotating Bending Fatigue of Two Kinds of Shape Specimen at Room Temperature

    • Rotating bending fatigue tests had been done on cylindrical specimen and funnel specimen with three kinds of turbine materials at room temperature. The test results had been comparative analyzed. The concept of factor of specimen shape had been defined. The shape factor of specimen of endurance bending strength of the two shape specimen was 1.1. The relation equation of endurance bending strength and tensile strength of the different shape specimen were generalized respectively. The reasons that the endurance bending strength of funnel specimen lager than cylindrical specimen’s had been analyzed from stress and flections.
