    Influence Factors of Fiber Reinforced Resin Matrix Composites in Tensile Test

    • In three aspects, test equipment, samples and test data processing were introduced. The influences of the testing machine data acquisition frequency, chuck clamping, centering and load rate were analyzed respectively on the strength. Then, the influences of the resistance strain gauge temperature compensation, the strain gauge transverse effect and the strain gage adhering were analyzed on the strain. By comparison, the influences of fiber orientation, reinforced sheet and sample failure mode were summarized on testing data. Finally, the processing methods of stress-strain curves and elastic modulus data were discussed.
