    Contrast Test and Conversion of Brinell Hardness, Rockwell Hardness, Wechsler Hardness and Strength of QCr0.5 Chromium Bronze Strips

    • Based on the contrast test results of Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness, Wechsler hardness, yield strength and tensile strength to a large number of QCr0.5 chromium bronze strips, the conversion relationship among various kinds of hardness and strength of QCr0.5 chromium bronze strips was studied. The results show that the Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness and Wechsler hardness of QCr0.5 chromium bronze strips all accord with linear relationship. And the Brinell hardness has stage linear relationship with the yield strength and tensile strength, and when the Brinell hardness is higher than 115 HBW, the yield strength and tensile strength increase significantly.
