    Fracture Reason Analysis on Locking Blade of 300MW Steam Turbine

    • By means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties testing,metallographicexamination,fracture analysis and so on,the fracture reason of the locking blade of 300 MW steam turbine wasanalyzed.The results showed that the fracture was high-cycle fatigue fracture,which related to the linear defects onthe surface of blade.Some preventive measures for the blade failure were brought forward.
