Application of Digital Macro Photography in Failure Analysis

Application of digital macro photography in failure analysis was introduced, and principle, mode of composition, optic distribution and matters need attention were also described. Applying the digital macro photography in failue analysis could obtain more complete and micromech information. According to it can not only judge the occurrence and development of the accident and failure, bat also provide more reliabe basis for the accident and failure analysis conclusion.
