    INFLUENCE OF STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY ABOUT 510L STEEL

    • The main factors influenced 510L steel property were analyzed by chemical analysis,mechanical test,microscopic examination. The results showed that,the element Nb increased the strength of steel,and made it satisfy the property of 510L. The inclusions and band structure caused crack during cold bending. The granular bainite optimized the strength and toughness after temperating processing. And finally some correspending measures are proposed based on above.
