Influence of Test Method Deviated from Standard Requirements on Strength Experiment Results of Ceramic Tile

    • A few testers do not keep in strict accordance with the standard requirements for strength experiment on ceramic tile, mainly exist three kinds of deviations from the standard as follows: the sample pretreatment doesn′t dry to constant weight; the sample was not placed correctly in testing; the thickness of fracture surface was not measured correctly. Through the comparison research of the deviated test methods and the standard methods, the influence of three kinds of the test method deviated from standard requirements on strength experiment results of ceramic tile was analyzed. The above research will help the testers to find the reason of inaccurate test data, then use the correct test method, and improve the product quality.
