Abstract
First 14CrMoR steel was rolled with different cooling rate, and then the rolled steel plates were heat treated by the same process. The effect of cooling rate after rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 14CrMoR steel plates was studied. The results show that the smaller the cooling rate after rolling is, the finer the microstructures of the heat-treated steel plate is, the uniformer the distribution of the pearlite and tempered-bainite is, and the better the comprehensive mechanical properties is.
