Design and Manufacture of a Simple XRD Sample Holder for Test of Non-woven Fabrics

To satisfy the XRD test of non-woven fabric samples, a simple XRD sample holder was designed and manufactured. The holder is easy and convenient to placement, adjustment and XRD test of the non-woven fabric samples such as the powder samples. The holder material selects polyolefin resins, lower cost, manufacturing simple, operation and use is easy, and samples analysis data is accuracy and reliability. It is suitable for XRD test of non-woven fabric samples and it can also be used to XRD test of thin film samples.
