DETERMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES FOR IMPORTED COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEETS

The five sorts of imported cold-rolled steel sheets were characterized and analyzed on their chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructures and textures, as well as discussion of their varieties and influences. The results indicated that the formability of SPCEN-SD was better than those of the others, and SPCC-SD was the worst one. In addition, it was found that the characteristic properties of cold-rolled steel sheets have good interconnected relations. Based on these findings, adopting maturely reasonable means was proposed to predict and evaluate the formability of cold-rolled steel sheets efficiently.
