    THE DEPTH MEASUREMENT OF CARBURIZED LAYER OF 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV STEEL WITH METALLOGRAPHIC METHOD

    • The metallographic microstructure of carburized layer of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel under different heat treatment conditions had been observed and analyzed. In order to select suitable heat treatment and metallographic agent. The result showed that the annealing state was the best condition for measuring the depth of carburized layer. And it was a better choice to measure the depth with solution composed of FeCl3,HCl and H2O.
