Abstract
The surface ion pollution degree of photovoltaic ribbon affects its weldability and accordingly, photoelectric conversion performance and reliability of the final products, PV modules. Currently there is no international or domestic standard testing method on this item. A practical testing method was established through experiments. That is firstly the surface of ribbon was rinsed by extracting solvent, and the conductivities of both the collected rinsing liquid and NaCl reference solutions were measured. And then by determining the content of NaCl in the collected rinsing liquid, the ion pollution degree on photovoltaic ribbon surface Wr,NaCl(μg·cm-2) could be calculated.
