Effects of δ-Fe on Ductile-brittle Transition Temperature of ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo Stainless Steel

    • After analyzing the factors of ductile-brittle transition temperature of ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel, which showed that the main factor was microstructure of material including δ-Fe. Making ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel better by reduce the δ-Fe content could have good low temperature impact resistance. The appearances by scanning electron microscope showed that the material remained a good dimple fracture toughness in a lower temperatures, and the impact fracture pattern would be from dimple to dimple-cleavage, then to perfect cleavage variation with the temperature lower.
