    Application of Energy Dispersive Method in Residual Stress Measurement for Fe Single Crystal

    • In order to measure residual stress in materials accurately, energy dispersive method was attempted by simulation research. And the result of simulation indicated that the measurement resolution of residual stress by energy dispersive method is about 3.9×10-4, which is better than by traditional method (10-3). If the wavelength is decided, the slit width and sample thick are the main factors that will affect the result.
