    Analysis on Morphology Characters of Fuse Overload Residuum of Knife Switch

    • The integrated experimental system of material evidence for fire trace was used to make fuse residuum by simulating different degree of overload. The scanning electron microscope was utilized to observe and analyze the morphology characters of fuse overload residuum. The results indicate that in the different degree of the overload, the larger the current is ,the more the amount of the oxide on the surface of fuse residuum is; the larger the current is ,the bigger and deeper the dimple of fuse residuum is.
