ANALYSIS OF BROKEN REASON OF THE HOLLOW WATER-COOLING WIRE IN THE GENERATOR UNIT STATOR
The fracture surface and the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the hollow water-cooling wire in the generator unit stator were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope and tensile testing. The result showed that the hollow water-cooling wire was fatigue fracture,which caused by friction because of loosed hollow water-cooling wire.
