    Reasons Discussion on Unqualified Impact Properties of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV Stainless Steel

    • The impact properties unqualified reasons of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel were discussed by statistically analyzing the mechanical properties of 99 pieces of specimens which had a certain chemical compositions fluctuation after tempering at different temperature. The results show that the main reasons for the unqualified impact properties were the chemical compositions fluctuation and the lower tempering temperature. Raising the tempering temperature to 680-710 ℃ could effectively improve the impact properties passing rate of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel.
