Abstract
The test method of dynamic vibration fatigue properties of high damping rubber with DMA+450 dynamic mechanical analyzer was introduced. The results indicate that the vibration fatigue properties of high damping rubber could be characterized in two ways using DMA+450 dynamic mechanical analyzer, namely lag circle diagram and the X-Y axis curve. The characterization of lag circle diagram was intuitive and clear, which was helpful for scientific research analysis. The effect of temperature on high damping rubber was remarkable, and when the temperature was higher than 40 ℃, the fatigue process of the high damping rubber would be accelerated obviously. The initial rigidity of the high damping rubber was larger, which showed little effect of elastic properties and micron level of small amplitude on the fatigue. It was suitable to service under the conditions of little amplitude and certain frequency.
