    Reason Analysis of Crack in 3Cr13 Steel Wear-resistant Plant

    • The reason of crack in 3Cr13 wear-resistant plant were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and fracture analysis and so on. The results showed that the cracks were caused in the forging process by the extra low final forging temperature which was caused by forging process and ambient temperature, and too much deformation and force.
