ffect of Specimen Size on the Plastic Strain Ratio r of steel plate
The plastic strain ratio (r value)was tested by the tensile samples of three kinds of size. The experiment results showed that the r value descended when the gauge length was near to the parallel length. Its reason was that the strain in the tensile sample gauge length was non-uniform at that time.
