    SINGLE AXLE TENSILE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF MICROCREEP FOR MAGNESIUM ALLOY

    • In order to improve microcreep resistance for magnesium alloy,room-ftemperature creep test for magnesium alloy used the single axle tensile method was researched,and the measurement system of creep testing machine was studied,and then technical method of micro-creep precise measurement for magnesium alloy was solved. High-accuracy displacement sensor,constant temperature cabinet,measurement amplifier and special creep deformation measurement mechanism were designed to compose the measurement system of microcreep for magnesium alloy. The tested results were that the system with high-accuracy and steady performance could accurately measure steady-state creep speed rate for magnesium alloy in room-temperature and strain capacity,and then micro-creep strain for magnesium alloy ZM6 was about 0.02% in the room-temperature(35℃),and its minimum steady-state creep strain speed rate was about 10-10s-1.
