    Rupture Reason Analysis of Gas Expander Blade

    • The ruptured blade which had been used for a long time in the gas expander had been analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,performance test and metallographic experiment. The results showed that,the reason which led to the rupture of blade was the grain growth of the blade material after a long time working under extraordinarily high temperature,and the changing of the microstructures and properties of the blade.
